What your child should bring to class each week…

  • Water Bottle
  • Snack to eat before class
  • Change of Clothes (if necessary based on activity or weather). There is no specific required clothing. This is up to your discretion.

Sports Fitness and Agility

We are going to put our students through some workouts but they’ll love it! Jump rope, Agility Ladders and drills, Body-weight and Core Exercise, Plyometric Exercise, Balance and Stability Exercise, etc.

The goal of this class is to introduce new exercises and refine familiar exercises in a fun environment.

Boys and Girls Grades PK-2
All equipment for this class is provided.

Tumbling and Dance

The students will practice their tumbling on gymnastics mats and dance in this fun, innovative class.

Irish Dance (Class beginning January 24, early registration for this class will begin January 6)

This will be an introductory class taught by John Morgan of the McGrath Academy of Irish Dance.  

Here are some of John’s accolades:

  • TCRG: Accredited Irish Dance teacher with the Irish Dance Commission in Dublin, Ireland
  • Great Britain, British Nationals and All Scotlands Champion, Top 3 World Champion
  • Former Lord of the Dance


Despite his competitive background, this will be a fun, no-stress class for people who like to dance.  Students do not need to wear special shoes for dancing, just regular socks!

Personal Training for Adults and Youth

In addition to working with the schools in the area, I have provided fitness and sports training to individuals (ages 3 through 88) for the past fifteen years.  I can train you and/or the members of your family in your home, local park, or at the Lawton, Wisconsin Place, and Coffield Community Centers.  So whether your goals are general health, sports-related, or rehabilitating an injury, I welcome the opportunity to work with you, or members of your family.
