Class Dates and Information
PreK Team Xcel-Mixed Sports and Games (PreK 3’s and 4’s), Tuesdays 2:45pm-3:45pm
The goal of this class is for PreK3 and PreK 4 students is to bond with their classmates while playing their favorite sports and games. We’ll introduce various sports to the students with drills and games that they will continue to play for years to come. The students will also engage in fitness (dynamic movements, agility, body weight exercise, running, jumping, balance/stability, and flexibility).

Flag Football (Kindergarten-4rd Grade), Tuesdays 3:00pm-4:00pm

Musical Dance Theatre (Kindergarten-4th Grade), Tuesdays 3:00pm-4:00pm
The students will sing, dance, act, and learn performance techniques, sampling their favorite musicals.

Personal Training for Adults and Youth
In addition to working with the schools in the area, I have provided fitness and sports training to individuals (ages 3 through 88) for the past twenty years. I can train you and/or the members of your family in your home or local park. So whether your goals are general health, sports-related, or rehabilitating an injury, I welcome the opportunity to work with you and members of your family.
