Whether your young athlete is at the elite level, or simply wants to gain more confidence in their PE class or Rec League, Xcel's trainers are here to help. When young athletes play sports, it is important that they work on their balance, strength and coordination. Trainers at Xcel Youth Sports assist young people using body-weight exercise and calisthenics, while applying strength training and more advanced sport-specific exercises for older children and young adults.
Xcel understands that sometimes young athletes need some individual or small group instruction. Whether it is working on hitting the baseball, improving footwork/agility, or running efficient pass routes on a football field, our expertise will improve the many skills necessary for your athlete to “Xcel” on the field.
